Account and access
Can I share my account with a colleague?
No. Accounts are intended for individual users and shouldn't be shared.
If you'd like to collaborate with colleagues, you can invite them to your workspace using the Invite teammate button in the Additive App Suite. Each teammate receives their own account and login credentials.
How do I add more users to my workspace?
You can invite teammates directly from the Additive App Suite using the Invite teammate button.
The number of users you can add depends on your subscription plan. See our Pricing page to compare plans and user limits, or contact our sales team if you'd like to discuss additional users or enterprise options.

Is there a desktop app?
Not currently. The Additive App Suite is cloud-based and runs entirely in your web browser, so there's nothing to install.
An on-premises version will be available soon.

Can I extend my trial?
If you need more time to evaluate the platform, get in touch with our team. Trial extensions are available on request.
Using the platform
Can I use the platform on a mobile device or tablet?
The Additive App Suite is designed for desktop browsers. While it may open on some tablets, we recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best experience.
Is there a limit to how many designs I can create?
No. You can create as many designs as you like.
Export availability depends on your plan. Free apps can always be exported, while Pro app exports require a Pro plan after your trial ends.
Can I save and come back to a design later?
Yes. You can save your session and load it again later to continue working on your design with all of its settings and parameters intact.
Session files are saved on your local machine, and not stored online.
Can I edit a design after I've downloaded it?
Downloaded STL and 3MF files are intended for manufacturing and can't be reloaded into an app for editing. If you want to make changes later, save your session before leaving the app.
Data and security
Is my design data stored on trinckle's servers?
No. Your geometry is processed only for the duration of your session. It isn't stored on our servers or used to train our applications, and it's completely removed when your session ends.
How long are my files kept?
Design data is kept only for the duration of your active session and is permanently removed when the session ends.
If you want to continue working later, save your session locally before leaving the app.
Is the platform GDPR compliant?
Yes. The Additive App Suite runs on GDPR-compliant, ISO-certified cloud infrastructure hosted in EU regions. User sessions are isolated, and your design data remains your intellectual property.

Is there a live chat option?
Not at the moment. If you need help, contact our support team and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
Where can I give feedback on an app?
We'd love to hear your feedback. You can share suggestions and report issues by contacting our support team or your trinckle contact. User feedback plays an important role in improving the Additive App Suite.
