Free apps vs Pro apps

Apps in the Additive App Suite are split into two tiers: Free and Pro. Here's how they work.

Free apps

Free apps are always available to you. You can open them, configure a design, and export a print-ready file with no restrictions – on any plan, including after your trial ends.

These apps are free:

• Part Modifier

• Protective Plugs

• Stabilizers

• Freeform Labels

• Break-off Labels

Pro apps

Pro apps cover more advanced or specialized workflows. You can open and configure Pro apps at any time, but exporting requires a Pro plan.

This means you can always explore and test a Pro app – you just won't be able to download the output file until you upgrade.

These apps are Pro:

• Clamping Jaws

• Shadow Boards

• Logistics Trays

• Photo-to-Outline

• Robotic Fingers

During your 30-day trial

During the trial, you have full access to everything, including full export for all Pro apps. No restrictions.

After the trial ends

Which apps are Free and which are Pro?

Each app in the library is tagged. Look for the Pro label on the app card before you open it.
